EPFO to Launch Mobile App from April 1, 2026 – PF Withdrawal via UPI & ATM Made Easy

 


The Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) is set to launch a new mobile application from April 1, 2026, bringing a major digital upgrade for millions of users across India.

With this new app, EPF members will be able to withdraw their provident fund (PF) money instantly using UPI and ATM services. This move aims to simplify and speed up the withdrawal process, reducing paperwork and waiting time.

According to reports, users can withdraw up to 75% of their PF balance either instantly or within 24 hours. The process will be secured through Aadhaar-based OTP verification and biometric authentication, ensuring both convenience and safety.

This initiative is expected to benefit over 8 crore EPFO subscribers, making PF access faster and more user-friendly than ever before.

Experts believe this step will bring a major transformation in how employees manage their savings, especially during emergencies.
