Blast Inside Building in Inverness, Florida Injures Two, Fire Breaks Out

 


An explosion inside a commercial building in Inverness, Citrus County, Florida, has left at least two people injured and triggered a fire, according to initial reports.

The incident occurred at 103 N Apopka Avenue, where emergency services responded to reports of an explosion within the structure. Authorities confirmed that two victims were found at the scene, both suffering from injuries and reportedly on fire at the time responders arrived.

Fire and rescue teams quickly moved in to control the blaze and provide urgent medical assistance. The victims were treated on-site before being transported to nearby medical facilities. Their conditions have not yet been officially disclosed.
