Teen Injured in Active Shooting Scene on Everman Parkway in Tarrant County

 


Authorities are responding to an active shooting investigation in Everman after a 15-year-old male was reportedly shot in the arm near 1829 Everman Parkway on Friday evening.

According to emergency scanner reports, multiple police units were dispatched to the scene as officers dealt with a large and chaotic crowd gathering in the area. Officials requested additional units to help secure the scene and manage public safety concerns.

Early information indicates there may have been up to three suspects involved in the shooting. Two individuals have reportedly already been detained by law enforcement while officers continue searching for any additional suspects connected to the incident.

Emergency responders are also checking for other possible victims who may have been injured during the incident. Authorities advised medical personnel to stage nearby while police continue to secure the area.
